Our services
SiteVelora designs, builds, and launches websites for businesses, and offers optional ongoing website care and growth services. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for your project are set out in the proposal or order you approve.
Pricing and payment
- A professional website starts at $1,299 unless a different price is stated in your order. Specific offers may apply in some cases and will be stated clearly at the time.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Activation or project work begins after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.
- Optional website care is billed on the schedule stated in your order.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and the content, images, and access we need to complete the work.
- Confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply.
- Review and approve work at the checkpoints in the process.
Intellectual property
On full payment for your project, you own the final website design and content produced specifically for your business. We retain rights to our underlying tools, design systems, components, and know-how, and to any pre-existing or third-party materials (fonts, stock imagery, libraries) which remain subject to their own licenses.
We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Domains and hosting
Where we register or manage a domain on your behalf, it is registered in your name or your business's name. Hosting, SSL, and related infrastructure are provided as described in your order. If you move your website away from us, we will provide the files and reasonable assistance to transfer the domain.
Acceptable use of this website
Do not misuse this website — no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, scrape at scale, or use it unlawfully.
Disclaimers
We build websites to a professional standard and design them to support your business goals. We do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, leads, revenue, or other business outcomes. The website and services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service with reasonable notice as stated in the order. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
